Will NetAudioAds and PayPerPlay ever Pay it’s Affiliates?
By Paul • Mar 29th, 2008 • Category: News and CommentaryIt appears that the PayPerPlay Network does not have the advertisers on board for the NetAudioAds product, that they touted in their original marketing materials and are now scrambling to encourage publishers to help recruit advertisers. While the claims of the ads being targeted to site content and / or location of the surfer does not seem to be working. (More on this in a future post) The real question is will NetAudioAds and PayPerPlay ever pay out commissions owed?
Based on the financial dealings of the two front men for the combined organization of NetAudioAds and PayPerPlay I hope for the new publishers involved that someone besides Larry Host and Charles Heflin are handling the money.
Larry Host was convicted on 10/10/2005 for failing to support his family by the State of Michigan, a felony. Search the Database to verify…
He filed Bankruptcy 6 confirmed times from 1997 to 2002 and there was a filing on 4/11/2007 by the same name, but possibly his Jr:

He also has been evicted a minimum of 3 times where his landlord had to use the court system to remove him from their property.

and once in New Mexico in 2003 You will have to do the search in New Mexico just visit the New Mexico Records Search and type Host L in the Search Parameters. You will find his eviction and several judgments by Telecoms and his Extradition Hearing records.
Charles Heflin has had issues of not paying affiliate commissions in the past for his SEO 20/20 product and has been in foreclosure and sued for not paying medical bills. You will have to search the Horry County South Carolina records to see that for yourself.
One thing is for sure if you are embracing this product as an affiliate you need to see who is handling the money. Since Larry Host is the programmer/engineer you may also want to question the accuracy of the stats and see how those are audited as well. Anyone who will not support his family probably does not have a problem with shaving the money due to nameless affiliates.
